The cravat is, by definition, the original form of neck wear. It’s what ties and bow ties evolved from. The 19th century was a time of innovation, including new cravat knots.
In this two hour class you will explore a brief history of the cravat. Participants will also receive a pre-made cravat and be guided through the correct and proper folding, starching, and knot tying including the Gordian, Mathematical, and Oriental.
